WHO IS HUNTER?
My journey through this field is probably just like you. Average athlete, found enjoyment in training and was fascinated with physiology, biomechanics and everything in between. This lead to the pursuit of mastery in this field, & while I probably will never attain that, I strive for it daily.
The Force System was born through experimentation & asking questions, challenging tradition and not just doing things the way they've always been done. In my opinion, the System is the single best way to prepare and improve an athlete, of any sport, of any caliber.
My initial goal was just that, a training program to prepare my athletes. What I've realized is it grew into a passion project, centered around education and connection. Arizona State Men's Basketball was my Everest. My dream job. However, the goal post is moving & I'm not sure where its going to land, but I know it's going to be special.
I want to offer you the exact opportunities I longed for throughout my career, and still do at times! Consistent, high level information from a coach that is willing to challenge the status quo. I don't have all the answers, but I am willing to ask more questions & turn over more stones than most.

COACHING
Coaching will always be a passion of mine. By trade, I am a coach. Being on the floor, finding what athletes tick, relating with them based on music or movies and finding ways to improve their performance and keep them healthy. This is my 'bread & butter' and I want to continue to help athletes improve.
